Pro-Equine Neem Oil

Neem Oil is one of nature’s marvels. It is antibacterial and anti-fungal and contains vitamin E and many essential amino acids, which help moisturise and soothe the skin. Neem Oil’s collagen properties promote healthy, new skin, reduce scar tissue and encourage rapid hair re-growth. It is ideal for horses bothered by flies and midges and who rub and scratch away parts of their mane, tail and even coat. Pro-Equine's Neem Oil is cold-pressed and very high quality, with a high Azadirachtin content ensuring it is effective for a multitude of uses. It can be applied neat or diluted, to keep insects away in the first instance and to avoid your horse being bitten. Neem’s properties have been scientifically tested by the University of Edinburgh which concluded that blood-feeding by the midge was “significantly reduced by topical applications of Neem oil".
