What if I return something I paid for in installments?
To request a refund, get in touch with us. We’ll confirm whether a return is possible under our returns policy and how much will be refunded. Once your refund is processed, it’s applied to your original payment method within 3 to 10 working days and your balance is updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3 to 10 working days.
If your order is made with interest payments, the paid interest isn’t refunded. Payments are applied first to any accrued unpaid interest, then to the principal. Interest is the cost of borrowing and isn’t refundable.
