CLEANING RECOMMENDATION:
The Wonder Brush® should be cleaned regularly with a hair or styling comb or hair brush with long teeth.
In stubborn cases you can get the matts of animal hair out using a fork. In so doing, the tines should be pointing upwards.
The lint brush may be washed out at lengthy intervals with hand-warm soapy water. Then shake it out thoroughly and place it on the bristle side to dry so that the water can drip away. However, the varnish on the front side may peel off. This is normal and not a reason for complaint.

We offer a 45-day return policy for refunds & exchanges. Returns & exchanges are valid for 45 days after the order has been fulfilled, provided it has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging.
Please note that GS Equestrian is a UK based company. When returning items from outside of UK, please label both the package and the returns form with "Return" in order to correctly avoid customs charges. If your parcel incurs customs fees upon entering the UK, we cannot cover these expenses, and your items will be sent back to you. In such cases, the courier usually does not reimburse your shipping costs. Additionally, if you're sending a return from outside the UK, you are liable for all postage expenses.
