3) Information collected automatically (Cookies & similar tech)

When you visit or use the Services, we automatically collect “Usage Data” such as: device type, browser type/version, operating system, IP address, time zone, language, cookie identifiers, referring/exit pages, and how you interact with pages, products, and features. We use:

  • Cookies (including Shopify cookies),

See Cookies & Similar Technologies for details and choices.

Where GDPR/UK‑GDPR applies, processing is based on: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., security, fraud prevention, analytics, direct marketing), consent (e.g., certain cookies/marketing), and legal obligations.

Behavioural Advertising & Remarketing

We use third‑party cookies (e.g., Google Ads Remarketing, Meta Pixel, Microsoft/Bing, Pinterest) to show ads based on your past visits to our Site. These cookies do not by themselves identify you; they help us display relevant ads and measure performance.

You can also manage cookies through our banner (if available), your browser, and via GPC signals (where applicable).

“Selling” or “Sharing” (US State Laws, e.g., California)

Please keep your account credentials confidential and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

For example, order records may be retained for several years to meet legal and tax requirements. We will also retain data as needed to honour opt‑out preferences (e.g., marketing suppression).

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Our Services do not currently respond to DNT. We do, however, recognise Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt‑out of “sale”/“sharing” where required by law.
