Collar:Â Wrap the tape measure all the way around the base of your neck, keeping one finger under the tape measure to allow for some breathing room.
Chest:Â With arms relaxed at the sides, measure around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist:Â Measure around the natural waistline which is the smallest part of the waist.
Centre back length:Â Measure from the centre back of your neck down to the centre point of your waist.
